Qualifications

• Willingness to obtain forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Operate dual/quad forklifts safely and efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Follow all OSHA and CTPS safety standards while operating equipment.
• Complete safety checklists accurately and on time.
• Maintain a strong working relationship with customers, coworkers, and management.
• Follow CTPS and SQF quality standards and procedures.
• Lift up to 50 lbs. consistently throughout the workday.
• Maintain effective communication with team members and leadership.
• Perform clean-as-you-go practices and maintain excellent housekeeping standards.
• Support warehouse operations while meeting production goals and safety expectations.

Job description

You area safety-focused
and experienced Forklift Operator with a strong background in fast-paced
warehouse environments. You have experience operating dual/quad forklifts,
maintaining productivity standards, and supporting a team while following
strict safety and quality procedures. You take pride in keeping a clean,
organized workspace and delivering excellent service to both customers and
internal teams.

This position pays: $19 – $19.50

What you will be doing:

• Operate dual/quad forklifts safely and efficiently in a fast-paced
  warehouse environment.
• Follow all OSHA and CTPS safety standards while operating equipment.
• Complete safety checklists accurately and on time.

What you bring:

• Minimum of 2 years of previous warehouse experience in a fast-paced
  environment.
• Minimum of 2 years of forklift operating experience in a warehouse
  setting.
• Experience operating forklifts in a production-based environment
  preferred.
• Knowledge of transport packaging and warehouse operations preferred.
• Understanding of food safety practices preferred.
• Knowledge of 5S Lean Manufacturing principles preferred.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while
  multitasking.
• Strong verbal communication skills and ability to work effectively
  with associates and customers.
• Ability to obtain and maintain forklift certification.
