Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in El Paso, TX is seeking a Forklift Operator for first shift from 6 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., Monday to Friday.

You will move stock, load and unload shipments, and operate stand‑up, sit‑down, or electric pallet jack forklifts in a fast-paced, safety‑focused warehouse. You must obtain forklift certification within 30 days, have a High School Diploma or equivalent, and possess six months of warehouse and forklift experience.

Qualifications

• Forklift operator certification within 30 days of starting employment.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
• Six months warehouse experience preferred.
• Six months forklift operation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, move, stock, and stage products and materials using forklifts or other power equipment – 80% of shift.
• Pull and prepare product for shipment ensuring the exact number and types of product is loaded.
• Keep appropriate records and reports for inventory accuracy.
• Comply with all OSHA and MSDS standards.
• Verify load accuracy; check the load count, stability, and product damage, report variances as necessary.
• Change equipment battery or LP tank and monitor power source as necessary.
• Maintain the facility’s equipment and materials in a neat, clean, and orderly fashion.
• Assist in physical inventories.
• Complete daily inspection of equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

As a Forklift Operator at DHL Supply Chain, you will move stock from one area to another within the warehouse, load and unload shipments of various sizes, and operate stand‑up, sit‑down, or electric pallet jack forklifts. The work environment is fast‑paced, team‑oriented, and safety‑focused. Must remain positive, safety‑first, and flexible to schedule changes.
