Key Responsibilities

• Material Movement: Safely load, unload, and transport materials manually or using equipment like pallet jacks.
• Inventory Control: Perform cycle counts and physical inventory checks; maintain accurate records of stock levels and movement in company systems.
• Receiving & Inspection: Inspect incoming goods for accuracy and condition, reporting any damages or discrepancies immediately.
• Order Fulfillment: Pull, pack, and label products according to company standards to prepare them for shipment or internal production use.
• Workplace Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized workspace (5S standards) and conduct regular safety inspections of tools and equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in warehouse, logistics, or materials handling.
• Recent minimum of 2 years forklift experience, ability to operate pallet jacks and basic computer literacy (often including scanners or inventory management systems).
• Ability to stand, bend, and move for extended periods, and the capacity to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, organization, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively.
