Job summary

North Star Sheets, an affiliate of Schwarz Partners, in Cottage Grove, MN, is seeking a Forklift Operator for 2nd or 3rd shift. The role pays $23.00 per hour plus shift differentials of $1.00 (2nd) or $1.50 (3rd).

You will operate machines, input data, assist in the control room, and help in daily tasks with lifting up to 50 lbs. Safety, teamwork, and reliability are valued traits.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of forklift operator experience.
• Energetic, motivated, dependable worker.
• Ability to work overtime and occasional Saturdays.
• Willing to train on various shifts within 90 days.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate various machines and input data into computer systems.
• Assist in the control room and provide general help.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and support team as needed.

North Star Sheets, an affiliate of Schwarz Partners, a corrugated manufacturing industry leader, currently has exciting opportunities available for a Forklift Operator on 2 nd , or 3 rd Shift in Cottage Grove, MN!

Pay Rate:

$23.00 per hour, plus shift differential for 2 nd or 3 rd shift

2 nd shift differential: $1.00 per hour

3 rd shift differential: $1.50 per hour

Shift Times:

2 nd Shift: 3:45pm-12:15am, Monday-Friday

3 rd Shift: 11:45pm-8:15am, Monday-Saturday Morning

As a Production Associate, you will be responsible for operating various machines, computer input and assisting in the control room, and general help (lifting up to 50lbs) around the facility.

• At least 1 year of forklift operator experience

• Ability to train on various shifts during first 90 days
• Ability to work in a fast paced, challenging, and results drive environment
• Ability to function as mature, professional individual, who interacts positively with teammates
• Ability to attend weekly team meetings on Tuesdays, 30 minutes before your shift starts
• The willingness to function effectively in a team environment and tackle any tasks required for the success of the team
