Midwest3PL in Cedar Rapids, IA is seeking dependable Forklift Operators to load semis, move pallets, and support daily warehouse operations. Prior forklift and warehouse experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Prior forklift/warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience loading and unloading trailers preferred.

• Attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Dependable with good attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate a high lift and low lift forklift as required by load.
• Safely load and unload semis in a timely and accurate manner.
• Move freight, pallets, and equipment throughout the warehouse and yard.
• Stage and organize loads for shipment and receiving.
• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment with precision and care.
• Assist with maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Work closely with warehouse staff and drivers to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Be able to operate ahigh lift and low lift forklifts (Depending on type of load)
• Safely load and unload semis in a timely and accurate manner
• Move freight, pallets, and equipment throughout the warehouse and yard
• Stage and organize loads for shipment and receiving
• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment with precision and care
• Assist with maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Work closely with warehouse staff and drivers to ensure smooth daily operations

Schedule

• Full-time position
• Monday - Friday
