Job summary

Ecore International in Texas is seeking a dependable Forklift Operator for our rubber recycling facility. You will safely operate sit-down forklifts, load/unload trucks, and move materials across the plant to support production.

The role requires a Monday–Friday shift from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM with competitive pay and benefits. We value safety, accuracy, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a noisy, high-heat environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1-2 years of forklift operating experience.
• Sit-down forklift experience required.
• Ability to safely handle and transport heavy materials.
• Strong attention to detail and workplace safety.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate sit-down forklifts to move raw materials and finished products throughout the facility.
• Load and unload trucks and trailers efficiently and accurately.
• Transport materials to production and warehouse areas as needed.
• Perform routine forklift inspections and report equipment issues.
• Maintain inventory organization and proper material storage practices.
• Assist with general warehouse and production support tasks.
• Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

Work Environment & Physical Demands

This role operates in a high-heat, dusty, and noisy manufacturing setting. Must be comfortable working in an industrial environment. Expect prolonged standing, repetitive movements, and lifting up to 55 lbs. PPE provided.
