Roadrunner Freight in Bolingbrook, IL is seeking skilled Forklift Operators to move freight safely and efficiently across our dock network. Multiple shifts, competitive pay, and opportunities to earn additional monthly incentives are available.

You will operate forklifts and pallet jacks, load and unload trailers, scan shipments, and secure freight with blocking and padding. Safety, teamwork, and accuracy are essential in this fast-paced role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Forklift qualification required.
• Previous forklift, dock, warehouse, freight, or logistics experience preferred.
• LTL or cross-dock experience is a plus.
• Ability to work safely and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills; HazMat training is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other dock equipment.
• Load and unload trailers safely and efficiently.
• Move, stack, and secure freight while protecting it from damage.
• Scan, tag, and label shipments accurately.
• Install blocking, bracing, and padding to secure freight in trailers.
• Follow safety procedures and communicate any safety concerns.
