Job summary

RKF Production Management is seeking a Forklift/Mule Operator in Thomasville, GA to support warehouse and manufacturing operations. The role requires forklift proficiency, adherence to safety policies, and the ability to work across shifts, including overtime.

Responsibilities include operating a forklift, maintaining accurate transaction records, identifying contaminants, and assisting teammates in the warehouse and production areas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year forklift experience in manufacturing or warehouse.
• Able to work in refrigerated, noisy, non-air conditioned environments.
• Willing to work any shift, holidays, weekends, overtime.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Adherence to safety rules and PPE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Participate in daily team safety meetings.
• Operate a forklift with proficiency.
• Operate a forklift within 30 to 60 days of training.
• Keep accurate records of inbound and outbound material transactions.
• Identify contaminants (wood, plastic) in baled materials, sorting as necessary.
• Ensure a safe work environment by removing debris from warehouse areas.
• Assist team members throughout the warehouse and manufacturing as needed.
