Job summary

Uline is seeking a Forklift Mechanic at the Kenosha branch to maintain and repair warehouse equipment, ensuring peak performance. The role includes hands-on troubleshooting and accurate record-keeping, with overtime possible and a focus on safety.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair warehouse equipment (Crown stock pickers, Toyota forklifts, conveyors, Lantech wrappers, robotics).
• Open new work orders and check history using CMMS.
• Keep detailed parts inventory and maintenance records.
• Work safely with PPE and LOTO.

40 hours/week + overtime. No flat rate.

Full‑Time Hours: Sunday - Thursday, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM.

Position Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair warehouse equipment such as Crown stock pickers, Toyota forklifts, conveyor systems, Lantech wrappers and industrial robotics.
• Open new work orders and check work history using a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
• Keep detailed parts inventory, maintenance and repair records.
• Work safely using proper protective equipment and lockout / tagout (LOTO).

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of mechanic experience. Auto or diesel mechanic experience preferred.
• Experience maintaining Crown, Toyota and Raymond warehouse equipment.
• Able to lift or move items weighing up to 70 lbs.
