Job summary

Uline in Kenosha, WI seeks a skilled Forklift Mechanic to maintain and repair warehouse equipment, ensuring peak performance and reliability across the facility.

You will troubleshoot Crown stock pickers, Toyota forklifts, conveyors and robotics, document work in CMMS, and adhere to safety protocols, with opportunities for overtime and growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of mechanic experience.
• Experience maintaining Crown, Toyota and Raymond warehouse equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair warehouse equipment such as Crown stock pickers, Toyota forklifts, conveyor systems, Lantech wrappers and industrial robotics.
• Open new work orders and check work history using a CMMS.
• Keep detailed parts inventory, maintenance and repair records.
• Work safely using proper protective equipment and lockout / tagout (LOTO).

40 hours/week + overtime. No flat rate.

Full-Time Hours: Sunday - Thursday, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM.

Position Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair warehouse equipment such as Crown stock pickers, Toyota forklifts, conveyor systems, Lantech wrappers and industrial robotics.
• Open new work orders and check work history using a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
• Keep detailed parts inventory, maintenance and repair records.
• Work safely using proper protective equipment and lockout / tagout (LOTO).

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of mechanic experience. Auto or diesel mechanic experience preferred.
• Experience maintaining Crown, Toyota and Raymond warehouse equipment.
• Able to lift or move items weighing up to 70 lbs.
