Progress Rail Services Corp. in Belton, MO is seeking a Material Handler to perform receiving, stocking, kitting, shipping and line stocking duties.

This role requires operating a forklift, handling inventory, and ensuring timely delivery while maintaining safety. Candidates should be able to work any shift, endure long periods of standing, and be capable of lifting up to 55 lbs with team lift up to 125 lbs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months distribution/material handling or equivalent.
• Previous forklift operation experience desired.
• Basic knowledge of PC for data entry.
• Must be able to work any shift and overtime when required.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and identify materials/parts and store in inventory.
• Operate forklift to move materials and transport to designated areas.
• Assist in stocking, line stocking, kitting, and shipping duties as required.
• Document and report on material handling activities and equipment condition.
