Aerotek is hiring a Warehouse Associate for a fast-paced distribution environment in Kimberly, WI. The role combines forklift operation, order picking, material handling, and shipping support to keep products moving efficiently throughout the warehouse.

Responsibilities include RF-scanner driven picking, standing fork-lift operation, inventory handling up to 40 feet, and ensuring quality before shipment. Onsite, long-term opportunities with comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of stand-up forklift experience.
• At least 6 months of warehouse, manufacturing, or industrial experience.
• Experience with RF scanners and warehouse inventory systems.
• Comfortable working at heights up to 40 feet.
• Ability to lift 20+ pounds regularly throughout the shift.
• Experience with order picking, packing, and material handling.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and verify customer orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
• Operate stand-up forklifts, order pickers, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Retrieve and store inventory in warehouse racking up to 40 feet high.
• Pack, label, stage, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse.
• Inspect products for quality and accuracy before shipment.
• Support shipping, receiving, and inventory operations as needed.
• Handle wire, spools, and other warehouse materials safely.
• Utilize hand and power tools for product preparation and warehouse tasks.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse operating standards.
