Competenze

• 90 days of forklift certification.
• Ability to safely utilize pallet jacks.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Complies with company policies, procedures, and ethics by applying related action plans and maintaining integrity.
• Operates forklift following company guidelines to safely pick up, move, place, and position merchandise pallets.
• Receives stocks and organizes merchandise and supplies from distribution centers and suppliers, managing inventory flow and paperwork as required.
• Provides member service by assisting members with self-service technology, guiding purchasing decisions, resolving issues, and promoting Walmart products and services.
• Maintains safety and merchandising standards on the sales floor, including safety checks, proper stocking, and display upkeep.
• Ensures club pickup orders are filled and staged properly, and conducts occasional audits for accuracy.
• Tracks inventory, reports shrinkage, and maintains in-stock levels to support store operations.
