Job summary

Qualifications

• Current forklift operator certification or ability to obtain before operating equipment.

• Flexible to work 8- or 12-hour shifts, including overtime, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to move and lift materials up to 50 lbs for distances of 10 feet or more.
• Must complete training and certification within the designated timeline.
• Basic familiarity with handheld scanning devices for inventory and workflow tracking.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Move product between trucks, storage racks, and designated areas to maintain production flow.
• Operate forklifts and related equipment to facilitate accurate handling of goods.
• Use handheld terminals and laser scanners for real-time inventory accuracy.
• Record movements manually during system downtime or offline scenarios as required.
• Conduct pre-operation forklift inspections each shift to maintain safety.
• Support sanitation initiatives by performing required cleaning activities per GMP.
• Follow SOPs and comply with QA programs to meet operational objectives.
