Job summary

Sam’s Club is seeking a forklift/merchandise associate in Minnesota. The role involves safely operating forklifts, stocking and merchandising shelves, assisting members with purchases, and supporting club pickup orders.

You will handle inventory, maintain safety standards, and contribute to an accurate, well-presented sales floor. Basic requirements include forklift experience (minimum 90 days) and the ability to use pallet jacks, plus being at least 18 years old.

Qualifications

• 90 days of prior experience with Forklift Certification.
• Ability to safely utilize pallet jacks.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift safely following company standards and guidelines.
• Pick up, move, place, and position merchandise pallets.
• Support club pickup orders and ensure timely, accurate staging and selection.
• Maintain inventory, reduce shrink, and report discrepancies.
• Assist members with self-service technology and product decisions.
• Ensure safety through safety checks and proper handling of hazardous materials.
