Job summary

Sam's Club in Hendersonville, NC is hiring a Forklift Operator / Stock Associate. You will operate forklifts to move merchandise, receive stock from distribution centers, and assist members with their purchases on the sales floor.

You will help maintain safety standards, support merchandising efforts, and work with team members to ensure efficient store operations and excellent member service in a busy warehouse-like retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include forklift certification.
• Experience in customer service and retail environment preferred.
• Preferred candidate may have supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift to move, pick, and stage merchandise and pallets.
• Receive stock from distribution centers and organize inventory.
• Provide member service by assisting with questions and purchases.
• Maintain safety and report hazards or unsafe conditions.
• Support merchandising and ensure proper display and cleanliness.
