Job summary

Sam's Club in Montgomery, IL is seeking a warehouse associate to safely operate forklifts, stock shelves, assist members, and ensure a clean, safe, and well-organized sales floor. You will handle merchandise flow, inventory, and participate in continuous improvement while delivering excellent member service.

Candidates should have forklift experience and be comfortable using pallet jacks; prior retail or customer-service exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• 90 days of forklift experience.
• Ability to safely operate pallet jacks.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Preferred: customer service and retail experience; supervising a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift safely and move merchandise and pallets.
• Assist members with service and inquiries, and promote Sam's Club products and services.
• Maintain safety, adherence to policies, and report unsafe conditions.
