Associated is hiring a Forklift Field Service Technician in Minnesota. The role involves diagnosing electro-mechanical issues, installations, and maintenance, with a focus on safety and high-quality customer service.

We offer a flexible schedule: a 4-day/10-hour week or a 5-day/8-hour week, paid travel time after 30 minutes/day, and a robust benefits package. Wage range is $28–$38 per hour, with company-paid tools and a service van provided.

Qualifications

• Technical proficiency reading schematics, maps, blueprints and manuals; knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and material handling equipment.
• Customer-Centric approach with strong interpersonal skills and commitment to exceptional service.
• Safety and resourcefulness; able to operate various equipment and leverage support resources effectively.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting and Repair: Diagnosing electro-mechanical issues, completing installations, and performing repairs and maintenance per customer requirements.
• Problem Analysis and Resolutions: Analyze breakdowns, recommend corrective actions, and execute repairs efficiently.
• Customer Service Excellence: Maintain professionalism and foster positive relationships while delivering superior service.
