Alexander James Recruiting is recruiting a Field Service Engineer to service forklifts and other material handling equipment across Leicestershire, Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire. You will perform preventative maintenance, installations and support customers with queries to ensure high service standards.

The role requires a professional appearance, strong customer service, and a background in material handling or closely related fields. A competitive package with benefits is on offer.

Qualifikationen

Experience with material handling equipment or related fields is preferred.
Based in Leicestershire, Derbyshire or Nottinghamshire.
Professional presentation and excellent customer service are essential.

Aufgaben

Servicing forklifts for businesses around Leicestershire, Derbyshire & Nottinghamshire.
Carrying out preventative maintenance and product installations.
Working on other material handling equipment including pallet trucks and reach trucks as needed.
Reporting to the Service Manager to ensure servicing is carried out efficiently.
Coordinating with customers and resolving queries to customer satisfaction.
