Job summary

Dal-Tile, a subsidiary of Mohawk Industries, Inc., is seeking a Warehouse Associate II to join our team in Ohio. You will perform a variety of material handling tasks, including receiving, loading/unloading, and assembling customer orders, while using forklift equipment daily.

We value a high school diploma, 3+ years warehouse experience, and strong English communication, plus basic math, organization, and safety awareness.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Basic math skills, organization skills, customer service skills, fluency in English, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious.

Responsibilities

• Performs a variety of warehouse duties such as pulling/assembling customer orders, checking outbound orders for accuracy/completeness, inventory stock checks, restocking and labeling vendor products, maintaining displays, moving, storing, and replenishing material, and conduct daily cycle counts.
• Performs receiving duties such as receiving and unloading inbound material, processing inbound shipments and stock material, processing customer returns, and notifying management of damaged shipments for freight claims.
• Maintains a clean and organized facility by sweeping, trash removal, restroom, general office maintenance, etc.
• May wait on customers and prepare sales slips.
• Maintains a safe working environment by obeying all safety rules outlined in the Safety Program.
