Job summary

CW Resources, Inc. is seeking a dependable Material Handler & Forklift Driver at our New Britain, CT facility. This role supports fast-paced production by moving materials, stocking shelves, and ensuring production teams have what they need.

Pay is $17.25 per hour, Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm. Responsibilities include forklift operation, inventory accuracy, safety adherence, receiving shipments, and coordinating with teammates to keep workflows smooth.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse, production, manufacturing, shipping, or material handling environment.
• Willingness to obtain forklift certification.
• Basic inventory, labeling, and recordkeeping skills.
• Basic knowledge of workplace safety standards.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts and move materials.
• Transport materials to production, storage, or shipping areas.
• Stage and organize materials to support workflows.
• Maintain accurate inventory during movement and storage.
• Inspect equipment daily and report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Follow safety procedures for handling, stacking, and securing materials.
• Assist with receiving and stocking shipments.
• Support production by ensuring materials are available and replenished.
• Maintain a clean, hazard-free work environment.
• Communicate with team to coordinate material movement and priorities.
