Job summary

Jensen Infrastructure is seeking a forklift driver to operate equipment outdoors, moving products to and from the shop and loading delivery trucks. You will become the product expert on materials, weights, and where items belong in inventory, collaborating with yard, production, and office teams.

Job Location: Kingsburg - Kingsburg, CA 93631 Salary Range: $22.00 - $25.00 Hourly

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

The Forklift Driver is a key position at Jensen Infrastructure. Working outdoors, our forklift driver moves products in and out of the shop and safely loads delivery trucks. You quickly become the product expert – knowing what things are, how they’re loaded and where they go in inventory.

You’ll collaborate with the yard, production, and office teams, and interact with truck drivers and vendors.

A highlight of your day to day will include:

• Choosing and utilizing the proper forklift, based on weight, to load, unload, transport, and stack material in appropriate areas.
• Operating forklift in production areas in a safe manner, always abiding by the speed limits and safety policies.
• Moving finished products and supplies from departments to yard or to trucks for loading.
• Completing daily forklift inspections and keeping work areas organized and clean.
