Job summary

DrinkPAK is seeking a Forklift Driver II at our Fort Worth, TX facility. You will maintain recycling equipment, manage waste streams, and support daily plant operations using a sit-down forklift. The role requires safety-minded individuals who can follow GMPs and company policies.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years in manufacturing/warehouse settings, forklift certification, and the ability to work with our WMS. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing/warehouse environments; 3+ years preferred in forklift roles.
  • Forklift certification required; must pass DrinkPAK certification upon hire.
  • Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred.
  • Proven ability to safely operate a sit-down motorized forklift.
  • Ability to navigate within a WMS system.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and operate the facility recycling equipment.
  • Collect trash and recycling from the plant for disposal using a forklift.
  • Complete daily assigned checklist items pertaining to facility upkeep and recycling programs.
  • Documents actions by logging movements of supplies, materials, and goods.
  • Maintains safe work environment by watching out for pedestrian traffic; following standards and procedures; complying with safety / legal regulations.
  • Keeps forklift operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventative maintenance; calling for repairs.
  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and job shadowing.
  • Interact and maintain positive relationships with all levels of leadership.
  • Accomplish special projects and other assignments/duties as required by management.
  • Compliant with all safety rules and regulations, GMP’s, and all DrinkPAK’s policies and procedures.
  • Establish and maintain high standards for quality, housekeeping, and productivity inside and outside of the plant.
  • Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of the job.
