Overview

FORKLIFT DRIVER at Kasai North America, Inc.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine duties to store, record, and ship component parts or finished goods.
• Compare identification, count, weigh, and measure items of outgoing shipments to verify against bills of lading, invoices, orders, and records.
• Pull, unpack, examine outgoing shipments, record damaged items, report damages and shortages.
• Operate forklifts, hand trucks, hoists, cranes or other material handling equipment.
• Receive orders from Production Control and fill those orders for shipment.
• Meet established quality and quantity levels of work assigned, maintain housekeeping, and practice safe work practices.
• Support implementation, achievement, and maintenance of Quality and Environmental Policies.

Qualifications

• High School Degree, GED or higher.
• Forklift experience.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Good mathematical skills.
• Ability to lift loads up to forty (40) pounds.
