Williams-Sonoma, Inc. Supply Chain in Dania Beach, FL is hiring a Forklift Driver for a full-time, non-exempt role. The position supports warehouse operations with RF scanning, pallet movement, and inventory accuracy.

Typical shift runs Monday–Friday, 5:00am–1:30pm, requiring safety-minded team players with reliable attendance. The job emphasizes hands-on operations, cross-training in MHE equipment, and strong communication within the distribution network to ensure timely processing and staging

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required or transferable.
• At least 6 months experience with RF scanners.
• At least 1 year experience forklift driving.
• Onsite role in Dania Beach, FL.
• Excellent attendance and team player attitude.
• Strong communication skills and ability to learn warehouse systems.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift to load, unload, and move goods.
• Complete daily hub picks using inventory management system.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and organize aisles and staging areas.
• Promote safety and comply with company safety standards.
• Cross-train and certify to operate WS DDC equipment as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

The Forklift Driver position is located in Dania Beach, FL.

You’ll be excited about this opportunity because you will....

• Work with leadership to ensure the completion of all (Manual and On-Task) tasks by end of each day
• Complete daily pick for the Hub with the use of our inventory management system
• Utilizing the orders to understand where items need to be moved – may or may not include power equipment
• Utilizing the warehouse system to maintain and uphold inventory accuracy
• Ensuring the completion of all staging/sweeping tasks using power equipment
• Loads and unloads, stacks, and stages products utilizing multiple types of power equipment
• Ensure organization and housekeeping of aisles and surroundings daily
• Promote safety awareness and cultivate the safety culture throughout the company to help avoid unsafe or hazardous working conditions
• Other duties as instructed

• At least6 months experience with RF scanners
• At least 1 year experience forklift driving
• This is an onsite and in office role
• Excellent attendance and willingness to be part of a team – performing whatever duties are necessary
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to learn warehouse management system functions (PKMS)
• Ability to read and verify locations and SKU numbers
• Willing and able to be cross trained and certified to operate any or all WSI DDC equipment: Reach Tracker, Pacers, Swing Reach, Order Picker/TT, Motorized Pallet Jack
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, ability to work under pressure, and be a fast learner
• Flexible to work overtime as required

• Knowledge in operating the following: MHE's – Swing Reach, Reach Truck, & Order Picker
