Job summary

Just Temps is recruiting for a Forklift Driver / Production Operative to join a well-established manufacturing business in Colchester. The role is temporary for up to 12 weeks with the potential to go permanent for the right candidate.

You will pack glass bottles into boxes, palletise, and operate a Counterbalance/Reach forklift, stacking to various heights and handling boxes up to 25kg. Hours are Monday to Friday, 9:30-5:30, paying £13.98 per hour.

Qualifications

• Valid Counterbalance and Reach forklift licences.
• Immediate availability or short-notice start.
• Full driving licence with own transport access.

Responsibilities

• Pack glass bottles into boxes and palletise.

You will be supporting the production operations of the business by Packing glass bottles into boxes and palletising. You will be operating the Forklift, stacking at various heights and lifting boxed up to 25kg. Working hours are

Monday - Friday 9.30 - 5.30pm and starting pay rate is

£13.98 per hour.

Key Duties:

• General warehouse duties and supporting warehouse team members daily
• Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse

Requirements:

• Good interpersonal and attention to detail skills
• Hold a valid, accredited Counterbalance and Reach Forklift accredited licences - this is essential
• Immediately available or available to start at short notice
• Must hold a full driving licence and have access to own vehicle - this is essential
