Job summary

ORBIS RPM is hiring a Warehouse Associate to join our team. The role involves processing materials per standard operating procedures, moving and organizing materials with a forklift, and ensuring outgoing shipments meet customer specifications.

The position emphasizes safety, accuracy, and collaboration in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Responsibilities include loading/unloading trailers, staging products, paperwork accuracy, and daily equipment checks, with a focus on quality and teamwork

Qualifications

• 1 year of distribution or warehouse experience.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety standards.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload incoming/outgoing trailers using forklift.
• Stage incoming product for processing using forklift.
• Perform product processing per documented work instructions.
• Accurate completion of all paperwork.
• Maintain warehouse accuracy and report any issues that could affect inventory counts.
• Ensure all efforts meet customer quality requirements and report issues.
• Inspect product and prep for shipment.
• Complete daily equipment checks and inform the Service Center Manager when maintenance is needed.
