Job summary

JobSquad is seeking a Material Handler for Fort Worth, TX. The role supports warehouse and production operations, moving materials and finished products, and maintaining accurate shipping paperwork. Day shift with overtime and potential weekend requirements based on production and outbound loads.

Responsibilities include forklift operation, staging materials, inventory tasks, and coordinating with production and transportation teams to keep materials moving efficiently.

Qualifications

• Must have forklift experience and warehouse/manufacturing background.
• Ability to read and write English and perform basic math.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; dependable in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds and work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to move materials and finished products.
• Load, unload, stage, and organize materials and products.
• Maintain accurate shipping paperwork and Bill of Lading.
• Label, stage, and prepare products for shipment.
• Keep work area organized, clean, and safe.
• Assist with basic inventory and material-handling tasks.
• Communicate with warehouse, production, and transportation teams.
