Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience operating forklifts and material handling equipment.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).

• Willing to work any shift, including off shifts and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts and powered industrial trucks to load, unload, and transport materials.
• Receive, store, and distribute materials, supplies, and products accurately.
• Support production by ensuring timely delivery of materials to departments.
• Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate material movement records.
• Follow safety protocols and company procedures for material handling.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment using 5S.
• Assist with shipping and receiving processes, including documentation and labeling.
• Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments.
• Identify and report issues with materials, equipment, or safety concerns.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Cross-train in other warehouse/production areas as needed.
