Victory Final Mile in Spokane, WA is seeking a Warehouse Packaging Specialist to prepare, pack, and label products for shipment in a fast-paced warehouse. The role requires accurate packaging, attention to detail, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include labeling, quality checks, order processing, inventory organization, and safe operation of packaging equipment and forklifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in a warehouse, packaging, or logistics role is a plus but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and order processing systems.
• Forklift certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain certification).
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Team player with good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Packaging & Labeling: Accurately pack products according to specifications, ensuring items are secure and protected during transit. Apply appropriate labels, including shipping labels, barcodes, and product information.
• Quality Control: Inspect products for damage or defects before packing to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Order Processing: Retrieve items from returns, verify quantities, and prepare them for shipment.
• Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records by reporting discrepancies and organizing stock in designated areas.
• Equipment Operation: Safely operate packaging equipment, such as tape machines, pallet wrappers, and forklifts, following safety protocols.
• Workplace Safety: Adhere to all safety guidelines, including proper lifting techniques and use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with warehouse staff, supervisors, and logistics teams to ensure efficient workflow and order movement.
• Documentation: Complete necessary paperwork or digital records related to packaging, shipping, and inventory tasks.
