Pay is $20.25 per hour with full-time schedules and on-the-job training. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent and forklift experience, plus strong teamwork and communication skills to thrive in a diverse environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year or more related warehouse experience preferred.
• Valid Forklift Operator's License certified.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a team member.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse functions: loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
• Adhere to contract performance measurement guidelines.
• Accurate picking/packing, auditing, tote induction, and loading/unloading of trucks.
• Handle day-to-day paperwork in warehouse operations (picking sheets, returns, bills of lading).
• Provide support for automated packing systems during core shift hours.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
