Job summary

Heeter in Canonsburg, PA is seeking a Warehouse Material Handler & Order Picker to ensure accurate storage and movement of paper materials within a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will operate forklifts and pallet jacks, receive shipments, and prepare orders to support timely print production.

Responsibilities include maintaining inventory accuracy, performing cycle counts, loading/unloading trucks, processing recycled goods, and keeping the warehouse clean and organized.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred.
• Standing up to 8 hours per day with ability to walk, touch, and climb; lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and 30 lbs regularly.
• Prior forklift certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders; learn the inventory system.
• Accurately prepare and stage paper material for print based on needs and schedule.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, paper roll clamp and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through proper labeling, storage, and documentation.
• Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory audits.
• Load and unload trucks based on schedule.
• Load, chart and process recycled goods.
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness and organization.
• Support a helpful, collaborative work environment and assist team members as needed.
