Reimer Home Services is seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to support our Upstate New York warehouse operations. You will manage inventory, handle materials, and prepare orders for technicians and job sites.

The ideal candidate is forklift certified, highly organized, and proficient in Excel. You will work with a collaborative team, maintain safety standards, and contribute to accurate warehouse records.

Qualifications

• Forklift certification required.
• Excel proficiency for data entry and reporting.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and stock incoming materials, equipment, and supplies.
• Pick, pack, and prepare materials for technicians and job sites.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Track inventory levels and maintain accurate records using Excel and internal systems.
• Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory audits.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Coordinate with purchasing and operations teams to ensure inventory availability.
• Load and unload delivery vehicles as needed.
