Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid forklift certification and experience.
• 1-2 years warehouse experience; food industry a plus.
• Basic computer skills and ERP familiarity.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in cold or noisy environments.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload raw materials, packaging supplies, and finished goods from trucks and prepare orders.
• Accurately pick, stage, and ship orders according to production and customer schedules.
• Perform regular inventory counts and maintain organized, clean storage areas.
• Follow all food safety, quality assurance, and GMP requirements.
• Ensure incoming and outgoing products meet company and regulatory standards (FIFO rotation, temperature control, labeling).
• Complete and maintain shipping/receiving documentation and warehouse logs.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Report equipment issues, damaged goods, or safety concerns promptly.
