Job summary

U.S. AutoForce, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., is hiring a warehouse associate in Lockbourne, OH. The role supports tire and auto parts distribution, with early morning hours and potential overtime.

You will work on a fast-paced, cross-functional team and contribute to safe, efficient operations. You will load and unload, scan inventory, and assist other departments as needed. The job requires lifting 50–80 lbs, working at heights up to 25 feet, and maintaining strict safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to operate equipment.
• 1 year of warehouse/logistics or relevant experience.
• Ability to safely lift 50 pounds consistently and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds.
• Ability to exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds - working with barrels and industrial tires.
• Ability to work at heights of 25 feet while operating equipment and maintaining safety standards.
• Abide by all Company safety policies and state and federal transportation regulations and manufacturing guidelines.
• Ability to pass forklift certification.
• Willing to work overtime as needed.
• Ability to follow instructions and safe operating procedures.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test (do not test for THC / marijuana).

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, stock tires and auto parts in a fast-paced warehouse environment using industrial vehicles such as a forklift or picker equipment.
• Use scanners to find and put away tires and assist with inventory control.
• Lift 50 pounds consistently and occasionally up to 80 pounds; team lifts or mechanical aids as needed.
• Exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds when handling barrels or industrial tires.
• Work at heights up to 25 feet while operating equipment and maintaining safety standards.
• Be on the move; stand for extended periods and work overtime as needed.
• Contribute to a safety-focused culture and follow all safety policies.
• May assist other departments such as ecomm, inventory, and will call as needed.
