Job summary

Castelion Corporation is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Specialist to ensure smooth material flow at our Midland, TX facility. You will receive, inspect, label, and prepare shipments, while maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting production schedules.

The role requires forklift operation experience, data entry accuracy, and the ability to work onsite with overtime when needed. A valid driver's license and exposure to ERP/MES systems are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• 2+ years forklift or material-handling equipment experience with certification.
• Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
• Onsite work in Midland, TX with overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming shipments and inspect deliveries against packing slips and PO.
• Receive, label indirect materials, and route direct materials to Inventory.
• Prepare outbound shipments, identify, pull, package, and label for carriers.
• Expedite material flow to support development and production schedules.
• Operate forklifts and other equipment to move materials.
• Assist with inventory organization and resolve shipment discrepancies.
