Job summary

Inpro in Muskego, WI is seeking a warehouse/assembly associate to ship and assemble expansion joint products. You will perform material handling, accurately pick and pack using bar codes, and ship orders via manifest, freight and UPS. This role requires a HS diploma, ability to read rulers, and basic measurement tools.

Hours are Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:00pm, with benefits including health and dental insurance, 401k contributions, flexible spending, tuition reimbursement, PTO, and more.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to read a ruler using standard and millimeter measurements.
• Experience with micrometers, calipers and precision gauges is preferred.
• Basic math and counting accuracy are essential for packing and shipping.

Responsibilities

• Assemble all products in the expansion joint line with quality.
• Accurately pick and pack products using the barcode system.
• Ship orders using manifest, freight, and UPS systems.
• Receive and perform material handling of incoming goods.
• Maintain accurate barcode locations and inventory counts.
• Operate and maintain knowledge of the ERP system; assist training.
