Job summary

Hilco Vision, located in Fairfield, OH, is seeking a Receiver to support warehouse operations. You will count incoming orders, update inventory in ERP/WMS, and ensure accurate receiving against packing lists.

The role requires Excel proficiency, experience with receiving and forklift operation, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment with safety and accuracy as priorities. Weekly pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a receiving or warehouse environment.
• Experienced with MS Excel to export, review, and clean up spreadsheets relative to product inventory data
• Well versed in receiving, loading and unloading, stocking, and inventory control.
• Able to read and understand a BOL to confirm delivery amounts and locations.
• Able to operate a computer for receiving inventory and other transactions.

Responsibilities

• Receive inventory into the system by counting incoming purchase orders and verifying counts using ERP/WMS.
• Use MS Excel for data cleanup and run reports; export data from WMS (Softeon) and ERP (Infor M-3).
• Inspect and verify goods against invoices; record shortages and reject damaged items.
• Unpack, count, and route goods to storage areas.
• Work with team to load/unload truckloads safely.
• Verify deliveries against packing lists and store inventory properly using forklifts.
• Various duties as needed.
