Job summary

Randa Apparel & Accessories is hiring for a Forklift Certified Order Picker on the day shift at our Sparks, NV facility. The role uses a forklift to pick orders, stack on pallets, and put away product efficiently while following safety procedures.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and preferably some supply chain experience. The position offers a daytime schedule with potential overtime and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school completion or GED.
• Supply chain or logistics experience preferred.
• Able to operate an Order Picker forklift safely.

Responsibilities

• Operate an Order Picker forklift to select orders accurately and timely.
• Stack product on pallets safely and efficiently.
• Identify and locate goods to be stored or put away; ensure batches are complete.
• Put product away promptly and keep areas organized.
• Follow all processes and procedures with attention to safety.
• Maintain safety and communicate clearly with team members.
• Perform daily safety checks on equipment.
• Cross-train in other warehouse duties when possible.
• Communicate effectively during intra-task handoffs and placarding.
