Channell Commercial Corporation is seeking a Receiving Clerk-Material Handler to manage the movement of goods from staging to storage, support production with materials, and ensure accurate identification and quantity of items.

The role requires forklift operation, familiarity with Oracle and MS Office, and a strong emphasis on safety. Candidates should have warehouse experience, a valid driver’s license, and English proficiency.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• At least one year of experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or production facility.
• At least one year of forklift experience and forklift certification.
• Logistics or supply chain background preferred.
• High School graduate or GED equivalent.
• Must be able to speak, read/comprehend and write in English.
• Obtain and maintain forklift operator certification.
• Good vision (may be corrected) with central and peripheral vision.

Responsibilities

• Clear, effective oral and written communication.
• Safely operate forklifts and all warehousing equipment.
• Use handheld scanners and Oracle software platforms.
• Use computers; MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Wear required safety equipment/PPE.
• Observe and enforce manufacturing and warehousing safety practices.
• Perform area clean up as needed.
• Report all accidents or near misses to supervisor.
• Work overtime as needed.
• Cover different shifts as required.
