Job summary

Bell Flavors & Fragrances seeks a warehouse and sanitation-focused team member to ensure accurate container labeling, GMP compliance, and safe operation of material-handling equipment. You will maintain records, stage materials, and support batch production.

Responsibilities include cleaning according to SSOPs, regulatory compliance, and ongoing training. This is an on-site, full-time role supporting ongoing food safety initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read and understand instructions in English.
• Knowledge of the metric system is required.
• Forklift certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Select and inspect shipping containers per instructions and transfer products to correct weight, seal, and label.
• Clean equipment per SSOPs to meet GMP requirements.
• Ensure filters and pumps operate properly and are leak-free.
• Maintain records of cleaning, container use, and labeling dates.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and related material-handling gear safely.
• Adhere to GMP, HACCP, allergen, safety, ISO 9001:2015, EFfCI, SQF guidelines.
• Stage materials with compounding supervisor for upcoming batches.
• Rotate stock, replenish areas, and fill transfer containers.
• Monitor mixing of batches and sample for QC with proper paperwork.
• Serve as a backup equipment cleaner and cross-train as needed.
• Attend annual food safety refresher training on site.
• Undergo annual competency testing on site.
• Maintain SQF, ISO 9001:2015 and EFfCI compliance.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
