Job summary

Kelly Professional & Industrial is seeking a Material Handler who is Forklift Certified to move parts and materials throughout the warehouse and deliver them to inventory locations or departments, using forklifts as needed.

Responsibilities include receiving support, material staging, loading/unloading, labeling, and maintaining inventory accuracy. Strong attention to detail and communication are required, with SAP experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Forklift certification preferred; stand-up and sit-down experience.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience with pallet jacks and forklifts for material handling.
• Experience with SAP or other inventory systems recommended.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist receiving and departments with movement and staging of material.
• Review daily orders and supply production with required materials from inventory.
• Load materials to and from loading docks, trucks, storage areas and manufacturing areas.
• Label materials and record locations in warehouse to maintain inventory counts.
• Organize inventory to maximize space and proper item locations.
• Perform daily equipment maintenance checks and document results.
• Operate forklifts, cranes, and other equipment to move freight.
• Assist with cycle counts and warehouse safety, cleanliness and QA checks.
