Old World Industries is seeking a Packaging and Materials Supervisor to oversee loading, unloading, and blending of products in a safe and efficient manner. You will control quality and storage of liquid products and coordinate bulk material procedures.

You will lead teams, supervise temporary workers during large-scale rework, and ensure compliance with safety standards including 6S. A high school diploma, valid driver’s license, forklift certification, and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and forklift certification required.
• Experience leading and managing others.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete assignments efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform rework or disposition of damaged packaging components.
• Lead packaging quarantine area and recovery team.
• Monitor inventory and disposition of damaged/non-saleable items.
• Transport product to packaging quarantine area for disposal.
• Drive forklift or assist forklift operators as needed.
• Prioritize and implement continuous improvement activities.
• Oversee temporary workers during large-scale dumping or rework.
• Maintain open communication with supervisors and adhere to safety standards.
