Job summary

Haas is seeking an Inventory Associate 1 for our Henderson, NV facility. The role focuses on receiving, stocking, issuing, and tracking materials to support production flow at our 2.4 million square foot Henderson factory. This entry-level position requires forklift certification and familiarity with cycle counting, FIFO, and audits.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and committed to doing the best each day.
• Detail-oriented and provide the highest level of service to customers.
• Ability to prioritize assignments and multitask.
• Forklift experience and license required; certification test may be required.
• Basic knowledge of inventory control methods, e.g., cycle counting, FIFO, and location audits.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming materials from external or internal suppliers.
• Identify and stock materials with Haas part numbers per procedures.
• Issue materials to production work centers and complete paperwork.
• Process basic inventory transactions on the computer.
• Perform cycle counts for area of responsibility.
• Expedite parts so production does not stop.
• Maintain forklift maintenance and upkeep.
• Maintain aisles and housekeeping in warehouse/production areas.
• Operate powered and non-powered material handling equipment.
