Job summary

Niagara Bottling is seeking a Plant Inventory Control Associate to maintain daily, weekly and monthly inventory levels in the WMS while ensuring proper inventory rotation and accuracy. You will work with an enterprise ERP system to manage inbound and outbound activities, create POs, and perform cycle counts.

The role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to coordinate with multiple departments to ensure timely and accurate inventory movements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is the minimum required.
• Associate's Degree is preferred.
• Forklift certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Navigate ERP system to manage inbound and outbound inventory.
• Create purchase orders and manage inventory movements.
• Perform daily audits and cycle counts for inventory accuracy.
• Ensure proper FIFO storage and material rotation.
• Coordinate inbound receipts, transfers, and RMAs.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in Oracle and WMS.
