Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Must use measuring equipment such as measuring tapes, verniers and calipers, and read gauges.
• Must be certified to operate a forklift and use hoists for heavy parts.
• General computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, assemble, inspect, and pack fabricated components using pickup sheets, drawings, and packing lists.
• Pull materials from storage and check parts for accuracy and defects.
• Assemble components with hand tools and inspect dimensions.
• Pack items for shipment using forklifts/hoists and secure containers.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and complete shipping documentation.
• Identify and assist in safety remediation and move completed jobs to next operation.
