Job summary

Qualifications

• Operating squeeze truck and bale press to tie, weigh, and move linter bales.
• Maintain accurate daily bale records (number and weights).
• Follow safety protocols and company procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate the Squeeze Truck to load, transport, and unload products.
• Secure delicate loads with squeeze mechanism to prevent damage.
• Perform routine maintenance on mill equipment (lubrication, cleaning, minor repairs).
• Report mechanical issues and safety hazards to supervisor.
• Keep work area clean and organized; assist in warehouse tasks as needed.
