New Industries in Sturgeon Bay, WI, is seeking a full-time Warehouse Associate to join our distribution team. You will be trained on forklift operation and inventory control, and you will pick, pack, and load parts for shipment on a Mon–Thu schedule from 10am to 8pm.

The role emphasizes receiving, stocking, and moving finished goods safely, with opportunities for advancement and benefits under a robust package. A $1,000 hiring bonus is available after one year of service.

Qualifications

• Forklift certification is preferred or provided during training.
• Experience with warehouse inventory and order picking.
• Ability to work Mon-Thu 10am-8pm.

Responsibilities

• Package customer parts per pick lists
• Maintain and adjust inventory when necessary
• Load and unload trucks with forklift
• Maintain a safe, neat and orderly warehouse environment
• Put away finished goods (as needed)
