Chobani is hiring a Fork Truck Operator - Warehouse (Grade 4) for night shifts. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and housekeeping in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with end-of-line paperwork as needed.
• Reconcile numbers and coordinate with cold storage to identify variances.
• Keep lines running with no downtime on equipment.
• Train and share knowledge with team members to improve skills.
• Scan pallets accurately and on time.
• Contribute ideas to improve department solutions.
• Maintain safety, quality and efficiencies at all times.
• Collaborate with other departments to foster a whole-team atmosphere.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization following 5-S guidelines.
• Enforce safety rules per Chobani and OSHA.
• Operate industrial powered vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Maintain equipment and perform lockout/tagout on non-operational equipment.
• Ensure battery maintenance and timely changes in battery room.
• Receive CHEP pallets from Cold Warehouse and stack properly.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and complete paperwork.
• Charge scanner gun and pass down information between shifts.
• Place products in proper chill tunnels per line/SKU.
• Support leadership in production flow and waste reduction.
• Ensure correct materials at each point of use.

Must be safety and quality oriented; must be clean, follow GMPs, wear proper PPE, and practice good housekeeping; work in a team environment or alone when required; This role requires you to work effectively and efficiently in a fast paced environment; maintain good communication with other Team Members, Shift Leads, Shift Supervisor, and Manager; work in any and all departments if needed; must be flexible to changing schedules and additional hours as needed; take and fulfill orders for multiple different items and areas at one time; work on multiple tasks during the shift.

Responsibilities

• Enforce and observe all safety rules and regulations as put forth by Chobani and OSHA
• Operate all industrial powered vehicles required for assigned area efficiently and in a safe manner
• Must keep equipment in good working order and use lock out tag out procedures for non-operation equipment
• Make sure that your equipment battery is maintained and if needed changed out at the battery room
• CHEP pallets must be received from the Cold Warehouse and stacked in the kaufman magazines without downtime
• Do daily inspections and checks on your equipment and fill out the necessary paperwork
• Scanner gun must be charged and a part pass down between shifts
• Product must be placed in the proper chill tunnels according to line and SKU
• Anything required by the leadership team to make the flow of production safe and fluent
• Ensuring the correct materials are supplied to each point of use and removal of excess waste streams
• Maintained the correct process flow with finished goods
• Other duties as assigned by the Shift Lead, Manager and Supervisor

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to work on your feet for up to 12 hours and lift, push, or pull up to 60 pounds
• Must be at work on time and maintain good attendance
• Fast learner

The salary range for this full-time position is$22.25-$28.75, + bonus + equity + benefits. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
