Ken’s Foods, Inc. in Las Vegas is seeking a warehouse associate to operate equipment and handle product safely. The role requires attention to detail and adherence to food safety standards.
Responsibilities include verifying cases against the Bill of Lading, communicating issues to management, and performing basic math for inventory and weights. Forklift certification is preferred but not required, with opportunities to contribute to GMP policies and safe work practices.

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos in English. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization required. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals; ability to write routine reports and correspondence, and speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization preferred.
Ability to add and subtract three digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance required. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals; ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions. Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.
Forklift Certification preferred; not required.
